In no case may the stay be extended beyond the dates agreed upon at the time of booking without the consent of the owners

On the day of taking possession of the premises, the tenant undertakes to pay, in addition to the deposit:
A security deposit
The amount of the rental less the deposit
As security deposit and as security for damage caused to the premises or to the furniture and / or objects lining the premises, the tenant will pay the sum of (in all Letters): cents euros

If the accommodation is not returned in the condition in which it was given, a fee will be charged according to the following fee schedule:

Intervention of a technician: 50 € / hour
Keychain lost: 45 €
Stained or perforated sheets or linen: from 20 to 60 €
The lessee certifies that he has a contract of civil liability insurance with the extension of holiday guarantee. The lack of insurance, in case of loss, will give rise to damages.
Obligations of the Lessee
This lease is made on the usual and legal charges and conditions in such matter and the lessee undertakes in particular to:
To place the premises only in the dwelling without causing disturbances of neighborhood (noise, smells, smoke, lights, etc.);

Obligations of the Lessor
